• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Any content you submit or share through the Services

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any virtual coins associated with it.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• At our sole discretion

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Services. Virtual coins cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario), except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.
